Unbound is where ecstatic dance meets deep emotional release through a guided, intentionally held, immersive healing experience.
This is not a dance party - it's a return to yourself.
Come exactly as you are and enter a supportive container led by experienced facilitators. Through music, movement and embodied exploration, you'll be invited to open your heart and make space for the full spectrum of being human - from grief and pain, to to joy, pleasure and liberation.
There is no choreography.
No steps to learn.
No performance.
No experience needed.
We will gently guide the arc of the journey while leaving plenty of space for you to listen to your body and move in whatever way feels authentic.
Everything is invitational and you're always encouraged to honor your own boundaries, needs and pace.
Whether you are craving deeper connection with yourself, meaningful community or simply a supportive space to be exactly as you are - this gathering is for you.

What to Know:
This is a substance free, and phone-free event. Please arrive prepared to be fully present
Three supportive herbal teas selected to compliment the journey will be served - along with water
Guests are asked to arrive in time for the opening ceremony and remain through the closing ceremony. This is an intentionally held experience rather than a "pop in and pop out" event
Private quiet spaces and lounge areas will be available for reflection and integration, with support from our facilitators and event angels
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. the experience will be barefoot or in socks; outdoor shoes will be stored in the lobby
A photographer will be present to document portions of the gathering. Guests will be given a clear way to opt out of being photographed or filmed, and consent will be honored throughout the event
There is no physical ticket - your email confirmation serves as your ticket

Danbury CT has several reasonably priced, well appointed hotels 10-20 minutes from the event location such as the Courtyard Marriott Danbury or Hilton Garden Inn Danbury, and budget-friendly options like the Days Inn Ridgefield and Econolodge Danbury are also nearby (easily found in a quick Google search)
Taking the Train from NYC? your best options are to come into either the South Norwalk or Katonah train stations. Uber/Lyft/Taxi from South Norwalk or Katonah is approximately 35 minutes.
Fall in the Ridgefield CT area also offers several seasonal treats like apple picking and farmers markets as well as beautiful hiking trails. Make a weekend of it and explore the area's unique shops, yoga studios, wellness offerings, craft breweries like Nod Hill, local music venues like Sugar Hollow Tap Room (right next door) - and amazing restaurants (many of which also have live music)
